TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE
You are required to identify your reservation as a Premier Holiday Voucher Holder when first contacting the property. The reservation is only valid when the Reservation Confirmation section of the voucher has been completed, signed and received by the property or as otherwise arranged with them.
The Premier Holiday Destinations Voucher must be provided to the property when you check in. If you are unable to take a confirmed reservation, please advise the property accordingly. You may be charged a cancellation fee if this is standard practice for the property
The Voucher entitles two (2) people to a free double/twin bedroom for one night at properties participating in the current Premier Holiday Destinations program. A supplement will usually apply for single occupancy.
It is a condition of using the voucher that Breakfast and Dinner be paid for each night's stay at the minimum expenditure stipulated at the time of reservation, and that other terms specified in the program are met. Beverages are not included in the required expenditure.
The property has the right to charge the minimum expenditure amount in the event that meals are not taken or where there is a shortfall.
Your account for meals etc. is payable directly to the property. A deposit or advanced payment may be requested.
Properties, prices, property descriptions etc. are based upon information supplied to Premier Holiday Destinations by the properties.
Dinner and Breakfast prices and exclusions periods may have seasonal variations so please check with the property when making your reservations. *Prices are subject to change without further notice.
The voucher is valid one year from the date of issue unless specified otherwise.
One voucher is required for each free night's accommodation, which means that one voucher is required for EVERY night you stay on a minimum expenditure basis and one voucher is required for every SECOND night you stay on a 2 nights for 1 basis.
Conditions of use and prices are current. However Premier Holiday Destinations reserves the right to alter them at any time.
Spending money, extras and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the Voucher holder.
In line with our 'standard of service' procedure, we are always willing to investigate complaints. Premier Holiday Destinations cannot however be held responsible for any disagreements you may have with the property and/or for any refused or cancelled reservations. Any dispute must be settled directly with the hotel in question.
