How long are the vouchers valid?

The voucher is valid one year from the date of issue unless specified otherwise. The expiry date is listed on the back of each voucher.

Does the package include my transport to and from?

Travel to and from is the responsibility of each guest.

All enquiries can be directed to the hotel itself for bookings or other questions. All contact numbers are listed under the specific hotel.

Can I take my kids?

Most of our participating hotels welcome children. However, there is an additional charge which is listed under the details for that specific hotel.

Can I stay more then one night in any one place?

You certainly can, it depends on the availability and can be determined when you make your booking.

Can I stay at the same place more than once?

Of course you can, however, it does again depend on the availability of accommodation.
